What areas do you serve?
Although we are based and primarily serve in London, we can also travel to surrounding areas, and even major cities like Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Cardiff.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date. Ideally, at least 2 weeks in advance. If you are thinking of choosing any of our branding options, we recommend at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance.
Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes, we require a £150 deposit per event day, to confirm and secure your booking. However, if your event is less than 28 days away, we will require full payment before your event date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Although most of our clients pay with bank transfer, we can also provide you with a safe payment link, if you prefer using a credit or debit card.
